Founded in 1985 and located at Weihui, Henan province with an area of 65000 square meters, Weihui Chemical Co., Ltd is the production-base of Oilchemleader. Oilchemleader, composed of high educational personnel, whose 66% stuffs are upper undergraduates, has a strong power of science and technology researching capability.
